Connect Membership to Shopify

Join It has built a deep integration with the leading e-commerce platform, Shopify.

Initially, our membership system only consumed data from Shopify and synced that to your member database. But based on feedback from customers, we've now enhanced our integration.

Now, our integration covers:

• Syncing Member Discounts: Now admins of an organization are able to define a discount that's created on behalf of their members (e.g. $5 off or 20% off). Whenever a member joins your Organization, Join It will instantly create a unique code for them to use. And if the member ever goes Inactive (cancels or expires), then Join It will automatically remove that code.
• Importing Orders to enhance Membership Records: Join It also syncs orders placed through your Shopify store, so that you get a more complete picture with regards to the value of your members.
• Track Prospective Members: Join It also creates Prospective members from folks who Order from your Shopify store but isn't represented in your Member Database.

Quick Setup

Setting up the connection between Shopify and Join It is easy and only needs to be done once. Once the configuration is set up, all Shopify Orders will be matched to respective members within your Join It membership database.

Eliminate Manual Tasks

With this functionality, you save manual tasks for your administrators by setting up this Automation. No more generating member discount codes or combining all of your data through messy imports.

Easy To Track

After an order is created on Shopify, we'll add this action to the timeline on your dashboard and we'll make a record of it within the specific member record (matching by the email address associated with the order). This way, you'll always have confidence that your member data is being added to the right place.
