Setting up the connection between Constant Contact and Join It is easy and only needs to be done once. During setup, you'll be asked whether you want all of your 'active' members from Join It to be automatically synced or only members from specific membership types. You'll also be able to choose which Constant Contact List you want these members to be added to.
When a member joins your organization, they will immediately be added to the respective list within Constant Contact. No further actions from admins are required.
After a member is added to a list, we'll add this action to the timeline on your dashboard and we'll make a record of it within the specific member record. This way, you'll always have confidence that your member data is being added to the right place.
