Connect SurveyMonkey to your member database to automate surveys to your members
GET STARTEDSetting up the connection between SurveyMonkey and Join It is easy and only needs to be done once. During setup, you'll be asked whether you want all of your 'active' members from Join It to be automatically synced or only members from specific membership types.
After a member is added to a list, we'll add this action to the timeline on your dashboard and we'll make a record of it within the specific member record. This way, you'll always have confidence that your member data is being added to the right place.
