Campaign Monitor Membership Management

The Campaign Monitor integration is designed to reduce manual list management. During setup, you can connect Join It to the appropriate Campaign Monitor list and keep members flowing into the right audience. This helps your team reach current members with newsletters, event updates, and membership communications without constantly exporting member data.

This is useful when different member groups need different communication. For example, you may want only premium members, student members, patrons, or a particular membership type to sync to a specific Campaign Monitor list. By choosing which membership types sync, your team can build cleaner lists and avoid sending the wrong message to the wrong audience.

That timeline record gives admins confidence that the sync happened and that the member was added to the correct list. Instead of treating email list updates as a black box, Join It keeps a note of the action on the member record.
