Member and organization timelines let you view at a glance recent key milestones within your member program.

While the member table might be the source of truth for data and details, the member timeline is a helpful tool to view at a glance important activities taking place among your members. In here, member milestones are logged in real-time, chronologically, so you always know the latest happenings.

The member timeline covers an array of events: 

  • Member Information: Name, join date, tier level, contact information, and membership ID.  
  • Transaction Log: Successful payments for new members and renewal purchases.
  • Event Interactions: Track ticket orders or RSVPs, and event check-ins to confirm attendance.
  • Email Lists: Confirm which mailing lists your member currently is on. 
  • Actions: Get insight on any actions taken on connected platforms like Eventbrite, MailChimp, or SurveyMonkey. (These integrations must be set up by the organization to collect this data.) 
  • Automatic Emails: See what your member has received for their renewal reminders, expiration notices, and failed payment notices. 

Your member timeline can be found in the same place as your member record. In addition, we also keep transaction receipts in the timeline for administrators with all permissions access
