I appreciated Jose tested and established that a Renewal B communication did in fact have a Digital Membership attached to the communication and that when an admin is BCC'd on the communication, it drops the attachment; the attachment is present if manually processed. Look forward to the documentation being updated so it is clear when a digital card is or isn't attached on Automated Emails.
