Had a problem finding a billing invoice on the JoinIt dashboard. Activated chat session and received quick response and resolution to my issue. Chat rep found we had notification turned off. Rep activated setting and directed me where to find billing info on website. Really liked the chat rep's availability, quick, and concise replies.
