Excellent, valuable software
We have been using JoinIt for 3+ years now. I find the system simple, yet very powerful. We are price sensitive (small non-profit) and I think it is excellent value for money.The customer service is also first class. They reply to my emails in an extremely timely manner and they helped solve a problem with waivers that took them a lot of time and effort. I really appreciated that they took the time to understand the problem I was trying to solve. Not only did they understand it, but they solved it (and went out of there way to do so). I have recommend this software to another non-profit and they are also glad they switched.
