Workload for managing memberships has been reduced and improvement in timely renewals has nearly covered the cost; we are mostly interested in member engagement rather than revenue. Though Join It is feature rich, we use only the basic functions and that has gone well. As the implementer and admin since 2021, I have found the system easy to learn and use. When I needed help, the response was prompt and very effective. One feature request was implemented in about a week.
