The Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS™) advances the voice acting community through education, events, and recognition. To increase tangible value for members, SOVAS™ partnered with Join It to simplify membership operations, enhance communications, and introduce a member travel benefit in collaboration with a major US airline.
The challenge
- Make member value obvious. Launch a credible travel perk that members understand and use.

A first attempt to grant free memberships at scale coincided with a slower-than-expected rollout from our partners, resulting in some trial memberships expiring before the campaign. SOVAS™ planned a relaunch with clearer sponsor messaging and better measurement.
