Introduction To Our Membership Guide

We are experts in membership here at Join It. We eat, sleep, and drink the joys and headaches that come from building and maintaining membership organizations. And it’s time we bring that knowledge to our own community. We want to get our hands dirty with you, sharing in the struggles and successes along the way. 

These lessons will be tactical, experience-based, and intended to cover useful information that can directly benefit you.

Throughout this guide, we’ll share case studies that we either personally experienced or one that we’ve come across through the Join It community. We have lots to share.

Join It came from us wanting (needing?) a better tool for membership management. Other platforms were expensive or outdated in their technology -- or both! We figured that we could create something that met our own needs for something customizable and executed core features well. That’s the trick, our secret sauce, if you will. 

While we will never stop improving our platform, we are excited to bring our hard-learned lessons to you. We’ve found our niche and could not be happier. In this particular document, we’ll be covering the following:
