Customize Members Directory to Only Display Specific Membership Types

Based on popular feedback, we've added the ability for Organization admins to customize their Members Directory to display specific Membership Types. 

This comes in handy for Organizations like the Chamber of Commerces that use Join It who might want to display the Companies that fall under specific Membership Types, but not their Individual members.
