Mitch went above and beyond to make things right, even recording a video apology. He genuinely expressed concern for our small nonprofit and offered to call us personally. It was refreshing to see such respect and care from a young CEO. He requested that we contact him directly once the refund had been processed.As a nonprofit, every dollar counts, and Mitch’s dedication to resolving the issue was truly appreciated. He showed genuine passion for correcting the misunderstanding and took responsibility for the situation
